Our in-house workshops bring the training to you. Conducted on site, they are cheaper, more convenient and can be designed to your specific needs. In-house training is extremely cost effective with participants saving time in travel and not being away from home. As a result your staff will be able to respond quickly to changes in practice and government policy while meeting client requirements. They will also feel valued and encouraged to further their professional development.

We are able to offer any of our scheduled courses as in-house packages or you can mix and match from our portfolio, designing a course to meet your specific needs

• Contact us and discuss your particular training needs.
• We'll help you devise the right programme for your team.
• Costs and requirements will be reviewed.
• A personalized written proposal is then sent to you outlining the terms and conditions.
• Once you are happy to proceed, return the signed proposal and dates will be set. (The more notice the better).
• Your staff will receive their course packs 2-3 weeks before the event.
• For the event all you need to provide is a suitable venue and presentation equipment such as OHP or power point projector.
• Practitioner Development UK will provide expert tutors, examination equipment, course materials, certificate of attendance and evaluations.
• After the event, attendee evaluations are reviewed and feedback is provided. This will include further recommendations for staff development to help you build on their newly acquired expertise.
• Our Clinical Facilitator Service can reinforce your staffs’ learning after the course or assess their knowledge requirements before the course.
• Payment is required 30 days after receipt of our invoice.

Want to put on an in-house event but need more applicants?

If you don't have enough staff for an in-house event why not organize a joint effort between two or more health care providers and spread the cost.
